Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement that you want to withdraw, for example by email to koti1516@gmail.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing, to:

Please include your order number in the parcel. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function.
Your refund
We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for your order, unless we expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
Faulty or damaged items
All products come with the 2-year statutory warranty. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will replace, repair or refund it. In these cases you do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to, and you never pay for return shipping.
