1. Who we are

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in our store by consumers and businesses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Latvian law.
3. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can; small differences in colour may occur due to screen settings. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order and are explained on our Shipping & delivery page.
4. How a contract is made
Product listings in our store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking "Pay now" at checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt by email straight away; the contract is formed when we send that order confirmation. If a product cannot be delivered, we will tell you without delay and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
6. Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries. Processing and delivery times are listed on our Shipping & delivery page. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received; risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & right of withdrawal page.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty for lack of conformity. If an item is faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory consumer protection rules always apply.
10. Use of the website
Text, images and design on this site belong to Elvoriva or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it or access it without authorisation.

12. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at koti1516@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it within 14 days. Consumers in Latvia can also turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; consumers in other EU countries can contact their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre in their country.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
